Secrete Anonime is a place where adults share intimate confessions, anonymously, as text. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
You can read confessions published by others and, with an account, publish your own. Everything is text. No photos, no videos, no voice. The service is for adults only: you must be 18 or older.
Your account is anonymous by design. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number. Access is tied to a key stored on your device and, if you save it, an offline recovery code. Keep that code safe. If you lose both the device and the code, nobody can restore the account, us included.
Your content
What you publish stays yours. By publishing you give us the permission needed to store it, show it to other users, moderate it and translate it automatically into other languages the service supports. Published confessions carry no author name.
Before your first publication, and again whenever the consent text changes, we ask for your explicit consent. Each acceptance is recorded together with the exact version of the text you accepted.
Rules and moderation
The community rules are part of these terms. Every confession passes through moderation before or shortly after publication. We can reject, hide or remove content that breaks the rules, and we can restrict accounts that break them repeatedly. Decisions on reported content come with a reason, and the reporting mechanisms required by the Digital Services Act are available to everyone.
Subscription
A paid subscription may unlock additional features. Payments are handled by a payment provider and are never linked to your confessions: the connection between a payment and an account is a one-time claim code, nothing more. Specific prices, billing periods and cancellation terms are shown at the moment of purchase.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time, from Settings or from the public deletion page. Deletion is permanent. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, following the sanctions described in the community rules.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and safe, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
Changes and law
When these terms change, the version number changes and you will be asked to accept the new text before your next publication. Previous versions and the differences between them are visible in the app. These terms are governed by Romanian law. The English version of this document prevails over any translation.
